Best Books on Justification
Justification is the once-for-all legal declaration by which God pronounces a sinner righteous, not because of anything the sinner has done, but because Christ's righteousness is credited to them through faith alone. It is the Reformation's central doctrine, distinguishing being declared righteous from being made righteous over time. Reformed theology insists justification is by grace alone, through faith alone, on the basis of Christ's work alone.
